• Late or unpaid balances may result in work stoppage, rescheduling, or additional fees.

Financing or rent-to-own options, when offered, are provided through third-party providers.

• Lavell Decks does not guarantee approval.

• Terms, rates, and approvals are determined solely by the financing provider.

• Lavell Decks is not responsible for financing decisions, changes, or disputes.

5. Scheduling & Project Timelines

• Project timelines are estimates only.

• Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, inspections, permitting, or unforeseen site conditions.

• Lavell Decks is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.

6. Permits, Codes & Property Conditions

• Permit requirements vary by location.

• Unless explicitly stated in writing, permits are the homeowner’s responsibility.

• The customer is responsible for verifying property lines, easements, HOA approvals, and utility locations unless otherwise agreed.

Lavell Decks is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or undisclosed property information.

7. Site Access & Safety

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite

• Keep children, pets, and personal property away from construction areas

• Remove or protect personal items near the work area

Lavell Decks is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items not properly cleared from the work area.

8. Warranties & Workmanship

• Lavell Decks provides a limited workmanship warranty as outlined in your contract.

• Material warranties are provided by manufacturers, not Lavell Decks.

• Normal wear, weathering, wood movement, and natural material variations are not considered defects.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs by others void any applicable warranty.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies are outlined in your signed contract.

• Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or scheduling has occurred.

• Refunds, if applicable, are handled per contract terms.
